Such a great idea! Is the number attending entered after the people RSVP? I love the possibility of creating an equation to see at a glance how many people have committed to come. Also, I love Skydrive/Google Docs. I don’t have a spreadsheet program, but I wanted to check this out so I loaded them into my Skydrive. So great the things that are possible.
Thanks Mandi! Yes, I suggest entering the “number attending” after people rsvp! (Although you could add a column for number invited too!) And if you’re a bit spreadsheet-savvy, you can total up that column to get a quick number of how many people are coming!
